After completing the complaint assessment Licensor Severson determined there was enough information to determine that a licensing violation has occurred, as Director had knowledge of the reporting from staff about suspected child abuse. No staff from site reported it directly to DCYF, as mandated reporters, when complaint of suspected child abuse or mistreatment at time was disclosed to director.
